Veli Lampi (born 18 July 1984) is a Finnish footballer, who currently plays as defender for Zürich in the Swiss Super League. He joined Zürich in January 2007 and was part of the 2006-07 Swiss Championship winning team. Before, he played for HJK and VPS in the Finnish Veikkausliiga.

Lampi is married to his wife Paula and classes his greatest wish in life is for world peace. His favourite current footballer is Javier Zanetti. When not playing football, he plays the guitar.
