Thomaz Koch (born May 11, 1945 in Porto Alegre), was a Brazilian left-handed tennis player, who won two gold medals in the men's tennis competition at the 1967 Pan American Games.

Koch achieved a career-high singles ranking of World Number 24 which he reached on December 20, 1974. He reached his career-high doubles ranking on January 3, 1983, when he became World Number 60.
