[edit] Subst?
Is there any guidance on whether this should / should not be substed? Most cases I've seen aren't substed. Since the category is there for now, I guess it doesn't really matter. Though it's usually not rendered and it otherwise doesn't hurt to leave unsubsted. --Interiot 16:28, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- I say it shouldn't, but it seems Betacommand disagrees, so that is pretty much the end of that – Gurch 17:33, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Shortcuts from article-space into project-space
Are we using this template to mark shortcuts from article-space into project-space, too? I just tagged Speedy delete as such but was wondering if we want to tag them with a specific (new) template. --AmaltheaTalk 16:33, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Commons
{{editprotected}} The template does not exist on commons as its told on the page. Regards, abf /talk to me/ 09:30, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Categories
{{editprotected}} Shouldn't Category:Redirects from shortcut be removed from the <noinclude> section? This template is not itself a redirect. OrangeDog (talk • edits) 23:47, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
- No, it's quite right as it is: Note that the template also has an includeonly block which does, by default, put such a redirect into both Category:Redirects from shortcut and Category:Unprintworthy redirects. The categories in the noinclude block are to categorize the template, which is why some have a category list-as parameter (one has "Shortcut", two have " " to bring them to the top).
