Russei Kaew is a district (Khan) in the city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This district occupies the northeastern part of Phnom Penh. Russei Kaew is subdivided into 12 Sangkats and 59 Kroms. Russei Kaew District is the second-largest district of Phnom Penh and covers an area of 105.56 km².
