Richard John Grenville Spring (born 24 September 1946, South Africa) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Conservative Party Member of Parliament for West Suffolk, and was first elected in 1992.

He contested Ashton-under-Lyne in 1983. He is currently a Vice-Chairman of the Conservative Party responsible for business links in the City of London.

He married the Honourable Jane Henniker-Major in 1979 in Westminster. They divorced in 1993.

Spring is a distant relative of the former Irish Tánaiste Dick Spring and the Spring Baronets.
