Marie-Thérèse de France may refer to one of the following:
- Princess Marie-Thérèse of France (2 January 1667 - 1 March 1672) - eldest surviving daughter of Louis XIV of France and Infanta María Teresa of Spain; known as la Petite Madame;
- Princess Marie-Thérèse of France (19 July 1746 – 27 April 1748) - first child of Louis, Dauphin of France (1729–1765) and his wife, the Infanta Maria Teresa Rafaela of Spain; she was named after her mother and was her paternal grandfathers second grandchild;
- Princess Marie-Thérèse-Charlotte of France (19 December 1778 – 19 October 1851) - eldest daughter of Louis XVI of France and his wife Marie Antoinette. She would marry her cousin Louis-Antoine, Duke of Angoulême on 10 June 1799.
