A PSE-EE club in Bilbao attacked with paint blots.

Kale borroka (Basque for 'Street Fighting') refers to urban riots caused by Basque nationalist youth who are integrated into the abertzale left.

Their tactics include: attacking offices of spanish parties, especially PSOE and PP, but also other parties such as PNV and UPN attacking property of people linked to these groups (burning cars, attacking housing), attacking and destroying ATMs, attacking bank offices, buses, and rioting at demonstrations, using molotov cocktails, burning trash containers, etc.

During ETA's ceasefire from March 2006 to 2007, the kale borroka did not cease. On November 2006, Otegi announced to the Spanish government and PNV, that all forms of violence (mainly kale borroka) would be eliminated in exchange for immunity[citation needed].
