Gê'gyai County (Tibetan: དགེ་རྒྱས་རྫོང་ Wylie: dge.rgyas.rdzong; Chinese: 革吉县; Pinyin: Géjí Xiàn) is a county in the Ngari Prefecture of the western Tibet Autonomous Region of China.
