Fred H. Roster (born 1944) is an American sculptor who was born in Palo Alto, California. He received both a BFA and an MA in ceramics from San José State University. He came to Hawaii in 1969 on his honeymoon and decided to stay. He then earned an MFA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he is currently a professor of art in the sculpture program.

Roster sculpts in wood, clay, bronze, and assemblages, often having his assemblages cast in bronze. The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, the Hawaii State Art Museum, and the Honolulu Academy of Arts are among the public collections holding work by this artist.
