Econometrica

Econometrica is an academic journal of economics, publishing articles not only in econometrics but in many areas of economics. It is published by the Econometric Society via Blackwell Publishing. Econometrica is one of the most highly ranked economics journals in the world [1] The current editor of Econometrica is Stephen Morris, Alexander Stewart 1886 Professor of Economics at Princeton University.

Econometrica was first published in 1933. Currently, its most widely cited article is a paper by Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky on prospect theory.[1]
