Donald James (Don) Toth (born 1948) is a Canadian provincial politician & the current Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan. He has represented the constituency of Moosomin in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan since 1986. Originally elected as a member of the Progressive Conservatives, he has been a member of the Saskatchewan Party caucus since 1997. On December 10, 2007, he was elected (by acclamation) to the job as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan.

As of 2007, Toth is the only MLA still in the Legislative Assembly to have served in the Grant Devine government of the 1980s.
