Delia Domingo Albert (born August 11, 1942) is a career diplomat and was the foreign secretary of the Philippines from December 22, 2003 until August 18, 2004. She was appointed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo following the death of Blas Ople and was replaced in a cabinet reshuffle by Alberto Romulo. She is currently serving as Philippine Ambassador to Germany.
