Ausburn Birdsall (November 13, 1814 - July 10, 1903) was a U.S. Representative from New York.

Born in Otego, New York, Birdsall was a lawyer in private practice. He served as district attorney of Broome County, New York.

Birdsall was elected as a Democrat to the Thirtieth Congress (March 4, 1847-March 3, 1849). Supply supervisor, United States Navy. He died on July 10, 1903, in New York, New York. He was interred in Spring Forest Cemetery, Binghamton, New York. He was reinterred in Woodlawn Cemetery, New York, New York, 1910.
