Anxi County (Chinese: 安溪县; Pinyin: Ānxī Xiàn; POJ: An-khoe) is a county in the municipal region of Quanzhou, Fujian Province. It lies adjacent to and directly north of Xiamen.
Anxi is well-known for its sort of Oolong tea, Tieguanyin (铁观音, "Iron Boddhisatva of Mercy").

Qingshui Yan (Chinese: 清水岩; pinyin: Qingshui Yan) is a mountain hosting a very large Buddhist temple.
China Tea Capital (Chinese: 中国茶都 pinyin: Zhongguo Chadu) is a large center dedicated to showcasing Anxi County's famous tieguanyin tea.

The county executive, legislature and judiciary are in Fengcheng Town (凤城镇), together with the CPC and PSB branches.
