Altglienicke is a locality (Ortsteil) of Berlin in the district (Bezirk) of Treptow-Köpenick. Until 2001 it was par of the former borough of Treptow.

The locality is situated in the south-western side of Treptow-Köpenick. It borbers with Rudow (in Neukölln), Johannisthal, Adlershof, Grünau, Bohnsdorf and the municipality of Schönefeld, in the Dahme-Spreewald district of Brandenburg.
Through Altglienicke (in East Berlin) and Rudow (in West Berlin) it passed, from 1961 to 1990, the Berlin Wall.

Altglienicke is served by Berliner S-Bahn lines S45 and S9 at the stations of Altglienicke and Grünbergallee. Close to the settlement it is located the Berlin Schönefeld Flughafen station, by the international airport "Berlin Schönefeld".
