Al Qadsia Sports Club (Arabic: نادي القادسية الرياضي) was founded in the State of Kuwait on 20 October 1960. Based in Kuwait City Qadsia Club is one of the most popular clubs[citation needed] in Kuwait and were voted the best team in Kuwait of 2007-2008[citation needed]. Al Qadsia currently play in the Kuwaiti Premier League and have won this league twelve times.
